Submissions Must Include:

Previously unpublished
  • Articles;
  • Essays;
  • Case notes;* and
  • Comments concerning any aspect of the relationship between technology
    and the law.
*Student Notes should be submitted to the Notes and Comments competition.

We do not currently publish book reviews.

Format:

Documents should be submitted electronically and be:
  • Word file format;
  • Double-spaced;
  • Minimum 1" margins; and
  • Complete.

In addition to the article, author(s) should include a cover letter and either a CV or resume.

Citations:

All citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). In addition, the author should include citations to all previously published legal articles. If any portion of a manuscript has been previously published by the author, the author should so indicate.
